To book a balloon flight for yourself and/or friends or relatives, please fill in the details below and forward this form to us at the address below, please enclose a cheque for £145.00, made out to Derek Grimshaw, for an individual passenger or £135.00 each for a group or £500.00 for four or five, (please note for five passengers space is limited so we cannot fit five very large people).
If you wish to pay by credit or debit card please telephone us on 01772 600103. We can accept Visa / Mastercard-Eurocard / Switch / Solo / Delta / Electron / Maestro.
