During the Flight .....

It is our aim to give every passenger at least one hour in the air. As ballooning is more of an art than a science, this is not always possible. If the flight is significantly curtailed, due to weather or operational conditions, we will make every effort to come to some alternative arrangement.

The ground crew are responsible to the pilot for the safe inflation of the balloon, following it in flight and assisting friends and relatives of the passengers to get to the landing site. They are also responsible for looking after the requirements of the owner of the property on which the balloon lands. Please ensure that followers know this and follow the crew's instructions.

Passengers and friends who wish to help with the ground crew's duties will be encouraged, but please ask for a safety briefing before joining in.
