During the flight...
It is our aim to give every passenger at least one hour in the air. As ballooning is more of an art than a science, this is not always possible and your safety is our primary concern.
The ground crew are responsible to the pilot for the safe inflation of the balloon, following it in flight and assisting friends and relatives of the passengers to get to the landing site. They are also responsible for looking after the requirements of the owner of the property on which the balloon lands. Please ensure that followers know this and follow the crew's instructions.
As we like to give our passengers the complete ballooning experience we will ask you and your friends to assist in preparing the aircraft for inflation and help with the retrieve. to acheive this safetly we will give a briefing whenever necessary.
